Rush Hour 3: Saturday, August 28th 2010 at 10am

NEW LOCATION: Nicolet Park

In the book of Acts 2:1-4 we read the story of the outpouring of the promise and the book of Job says that in the last days God would pour out his Spirit upone all flesh. We stand  on the promise of the Word of God and believe God for a Sudden Rush of end time revival that will reach every family in our city.

We believe that we need to train, empower, equip, and assist the church of today, our youth, to be warriors for Christ, and to turn our community upside-down with Apostolic revival!

Rush Hour is an all day community event sponsored by Living Hope First United Pentecostal Church and the Southern Maryland community. Rush Hour includes various events: a Calvert K9 Search team demonstration, 3-on-3 basketball tournament, slam dunk contest, antique car/motorcycle show, a play area for children and more. All events are free. There will be vendors selling food. Musicians will be playing all day.

In August 2008, over 1000 people poured into Chancellor's Run Park to participate in Rush Hour. Here is an article with pictures from Rush Hour in 2008:
